Wildkin.com is the commerce site of Wildkin.

The following information will answer the most common questions about our site.

NEW ACCOUNTS / SHOPPING & ORDERING

Individuals wanting to make a purchase should not set up an account. 

Retailers and resellers with a tax resale certificate need to sign up for an account before they can take advantage of our wholesale pricing.  Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance.  You will then be able to view items at the reduced, wholesale prices, and you may order online using our secure order form.

Please note: When completing your new account information, please be sure to include your business name that you want to appear on packing slips in the Company Name field (on the bill-to side of the new account setup).

SHIPPING

We generally ship within 1 business day of receipt of the order, and orders placed before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time generally ship same day.  (While this is the norm, it is not guaranteed.)

By default we will ship using our Fed Ex account, and the shipping charge will be shown as you checkout. However, you may also ship using your UPS account.  Please remember that orders received after 10:00 AM EST will usually ship the next business day, so for these orders, 2-Day will arrive by the 3rd business day, and Express Saver will arrive by the 4th business day.

Please note that we do not ship to PO or APO boxes.

Please also note that we do not ship individual orders to Canada or to anywhere else outside of the United States.

OTHER FEES

Please note that all orders less than $100 are subject to a $3.00 drop ship fee.  This fee covers some of our processing, packaging and incidental costs.

INCENTIVES / DISCOUNTS / FREE FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

Orders over $750 qualify for a Free Freight Allowance (FFA) for ground shipments. When ordering, please select the Wildkin Ground freight option, and if the invoice is paid on time the freight charge will be credited back to your account.

Orders over $1,500 qualify for FFA plus an additional 3% discount. To redeem, please use coupon 1500MIN when checking out.

Orders over $3,000 qualify for FFA plus an additional 5% discount. To redeem, please use coupon 3000MIN when checking out.

PAY METHODS ACCEPTED

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also extend Net 30 day terms after credit review.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

When you place an order, you will receive an order number when the ordering is completed.  In addition, you will receive a confirmation by email. (Please note that certain Internet Service Providers and spam filters block email from unknown parties, and as a result, occasionally confirmations do not reach customers. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please email or call us for confirmation.)

INVOICE & TRACKING CONFIRMATIONS

Once an order ships, we will send an invoice in which the tracking number will be included. This will be sent to your bill-to email address. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel your order, please be sure to email or phone us with your request. Please remember that we generally ship within 1 business day. Until you receive a confirmation of cancellation in writing, you should assume the order is in our system and being processed.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise indicated, you may return any item within 30 days as long as items are returned in the same mint condition and in the original packaging as received. (If ordered in November, you will be able to arrange for a return through the end of the year provided the item is as described above.)

If you do not wish to keep the item you purchased you must e-mail or call us within 20 days to obtain a Return Authorization "RA" number. Once we issue an RA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without an RA number may be refused and returned to sender.

When returning a package, you must make the return to our warehouse at your shipping expense. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. You will be refunded the purchase price less 20% of your cost of the item(s), less the cost of shipping and handling.

For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit.

Please note that refused shipments are considered returns, and for orders refused the shipping and restocking fees described above will be deducted from the amount credited.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Wildkin’s product warranty is effective for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect. To process a warranty, please provide us with a copy of the original purchase receipt, as well as digital images of the damage.

For refunds please contact the store from where you made the purchase. If purchased directly from Wildkin, please contact us.

IN STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS

Wildkin makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and the date when backordered items will become available. However, occasionally an item will go out of stock before we are able to update the site. When this happens, you will be notified within one business day of order that the item is unavailable.

Wildkin reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order for any reason. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to your address and/or must ship to your credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you as the cardholder, and us.
